Scenery developer Dreamflight Studios is back with another airport release on Microsoft Flight Simulator. This time, the team heads to the Dominican Republic and have brought out the country’s main airport. Gregorio Luperón International Airport (MDPP) for Microsoft Flight Simulator is a faithful recreation of the airport and comes with a range of features.
Dreamflight Studios is known for its attention to detail and they have continued that trend here with Puerto Plata Airport. Included with the product is full PBR and HD textures throughout, realistic ground elevations and accurate buildings covering the whole airport. In addition, the main terminal has detailed interior modelling, whilst outside the runway is sloped based on accurate data. Finally, there is a custom animated jetway for stands A4 and A5. Sadly at this time T jetways are not supported by MSFS, and thus not included.

The airport itself has a 10,100ft runway and space on the ramp for up to three Boeing 747-400 aircraft. Numerous airlines visit the island airport, including LOT Polish Airlines, TUI fly Nordic, JetBlue, Air Transat and more. Some routes include New York (US), Warsaw (Poland), Toronto (Canada) and Frankfurt (Germany).
You can buy Dreamflight Studios’ Puerto Plata Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator from either SIMMARKET or Contrail for €12.99.
