Dreamflight Studios has released its rendition of Jackson Hole Airport (KJAC) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, bringing one of the more scenic airports in the US to the new sim.
Located in Wyoming and surrounded by the Grand Teton mountain range, Jackson Hole is certainly a pretty spectacular place to fly into. The airport itself sees a healthy mix of airline and private jet traffic, with the likes of American, Delta and United connecting the airport with major cities across the US.
Dreamflight’s scenery depicts Jackson Hole using its 2024 layout, with detailed terminal buildings, interior modelling, PBR textures and custom ground work throughout the airport.
There are plenty of smaller details dotted around the scenery too, including snow removal equipment, static aircraft, ground clutter and detailed parking areas. The control tower has also been given an interior, whilst the airport comes with custom night lighting.
Also represented is the new FBO development as it appeared during 2024. Dreamflight says this part of the airport will continue to be updated as construction progresses in the real world.
For those using GSX, a custom profile from William Hinshaw is also included.
Dreamflight’s Jackson Hole Airport is available now through Contrail for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It is priced at around $17.56, excluding any applicable taxes. If you already own the airport, the update is completely free of charge.
