Dreamflight Studios Announces McClellan-Palomar Airport for MSFS

Scenery developer Dreamflight Studios has announced on Facebook that they are developing McClellan-Palomar Airport (KCRQ) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The airport is located in San Diego County, California, and is known to be one of the busiest single-runway airports in the US.

The airport primarily sees mostly general aviation traffic, but there are seasonal flights to Taos from Advanced Air and Taos Air.

At this time, only two images of the airport were shared. Both of those images highlight Carlsbad Jet Center at the airport, along with extensive use of static aircraft models in the area.

All that said, we should be seeing some new details sooner than later as Dreamflight Studios said that McClellan-Palomar Airport is “on final.” We’ll keep you updated if and when we learn more.
