April 21st: Week Two Re-Cap

Week two builds on our first week of Developer Month with scenery developers, audio engineers and even Lockheed Martin. There has been a lot going on this week, so be sure to catch up on any that you may have missed. Here is everything that happened on Developer Month the past week.

April 15th 2019 – Imaginesim

Felipe from Imaginesim took the time to talk to us about a range of subjects such as how he got into development, his current role(s) at Imaginesim and what most excites him about scenery development.

Lars from QualityWings Simulations speaks to us about his involvement with the developer behind the Ultimate 787 series and other products. Also, he discusses how the company has grown over the past few years to where he and the team are today.

April 17th 2019 – Immersive Audio

Immersive Audio are the people behind the popular 737 Immersion Sound pack, which enhances your entire PMDG 737 range. They’ve also worked hard on other sound packs and the Ultimate Realism Pack. Predrag has an interesting history as a music producer and enjoys photography which meant he would use those skills to create the flight sim content. Enjoy his interview below.

April 18th 2019 – Ben McClintock from Orbx

Ben is currently one of the core members of the Orbx team. Responsible for the current website, FTX Central application and more. Still young, Ben has worked his way to become one of the most valued members of the team, building innovative new products to help make installing and buying scenery a breeze – regardless of platform. He and the team at Prepar3D work tirelessly to bring new features and improved performance to our simulators. In today’s Developer Month feature, we speak about how he got into the role he is in today, what him and the team do to celebrate after a release and how a new developer can get involved.
