DC Designs is back with another military aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Their ever expanding line-up, which boasts an impressive amount of aircraft by now, has been expanded with the Su-27 Flanker.
The Su-27 Flanker was designed by Sukhoi for the Soviet Union. Designed as an air superiority fighter against the US-made F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle, the Su-27 first flew in 1977. Since then, the Su-27 has been developed into a range of aircraft variants, all with different modifications and specialisations. “Flanker” is the reporting name assigned to the Su-27 by NATO.
DC Designs’ rendition of the Su-27 Flanker has been developed for MSFS natively. It features custom modelling for manoeuvring flaps and slats, as well as controllable AoA and G-limiters that will allow you to make the famous ‘cobra’ and ‘tailslide’ manoeuvre.
DC Design’s Su-27 Flanker is available for €21,95 through Just Flight.
