Following up on their recent announcement of Farnborough (EGLF), DC Designs has endeavored to provide the community with weekly status updates on the project, with this week being no different.
In the update, it was provided that the color matching of grass and the surrounding terrain is underway, which is gradually replacing the reference imagery with custom textures. Modeling continues apace for various buildings and houses around the airport, and all buildings/objects will feature full LOD support for maximum performance.
That was all that was provided for now, but we’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for next week’s update to bring to the community.
