A post on the Vatsim forums has revealed the details for Cross The Pond (CTP) Westbound 2018 which will take place on Saturday, April 14th.

The planning phase for this edition of CTP was extremely popular, with 24 airports applying as departure and arrival points, along with nearly 4000 individual votes for the airports.
Bookings will open up at 1300z on Saturday, March 31st, 2018. The bookings are based on slot timings and city pairs (determined by the planning team), and individuals can define a callsign and planning flight level. Routings for each slot-pair are assigned 8 hours before departure, with all of the details emailed to each user.
Prospective pilots are asked to review the Oceanic Procedures as pilots will be asked to follow these procedures. As well, it is expected that ATO’s will be providing training for users closer to the date of the event.
