COWS Teases DA40-NG for Microsoft Flight Simulator

COWS teases the development of the Diamond DA40-NG for MSFS 2020 and 2024, with X-Plane 12 coming later.

COWS or “Creator off Worlds” has announced via a brief teaser on its official YouTube channel, the development of the DA40-NG for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The description provided below the video states that the flight model is handcrafted from the feedback of expert instructors. The systems will be custom-designed and will feature customizable circuit breakers, EIS, and cylinder physics.

For those who own the existing DA40-XLS, the DA40-NG will be a free upgrade, made available on Orbx and the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace for both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024. Finally, users of X-Plane 12 will also have the chance to pick up a copy at a later date. Stay tuned to FSElite as additional information is made available.
