Following last week’s announcement, the Cowan Simulation Bell 222B for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available.
Cowan Simulation has included a range of features for the helicopter product. Expect to find 4K PBR textures throughout, realistic flight dynamics, custom 3D instruments, and a fully dynamic Wwise sound set. Furthermore, there is blade slap and vibrations, customizable panel configurations and also dynamic weight options. There is also 39 liveries, a medical version (HEMS) and also a luxury version of the helicopter.
The Bell 222B is a twin-engine, light-to-medium utility helicopter produced by Bell Helicopter. It is a variant of the Bell 222, which was initially introduced in the late 1970s. The “B” designation represents an upgraded version of the original model.
Cowan Simulation is known for their helicopter products on both X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Their 500E Helicopter was fairly well received, so it gives confidence that their Bell 222B will be just as gratifying for simmers.
