Back in March, we brought the news to you that a developer by the name of Cloudberry Sim would be developing Oakland Airport for Prepar3D. Since then, work has been on-going, but today, the developer has released the product via simMarket. Oakland airport, the third biggest in San Francisco Bay Area, sees plenty of routes to destinations such as Honolulu, New York, Boston and beyond.
The airport has been designed with custom buildings, photo-realistic ground and detailed textures. Cloudberry Sim has also modelled the airport ground layout to the current real-world standard. The product includes custom approach lighting and other airport clutter to give the airport a sense of life. Also included is a configuration tool, enabling you to adjust jetways, 3D grass and more, as well as, various 3D bridges and animated highway traffic.
