A brand new City Update has been released for Microsoft Flight Simulator. City Update 9: Northeastern United States brings us updated cities in the area.
City Update 9: Northeastern United States enhances four key locations: the Washington, D.C. region; Buffalo, New York; Allentown, Pennsylvania; and the East End of Long Island, New York.
In addition to improved map data, new airports and other features that make for a more realistic experience, this city update will feature the first-ever accurate model of Washington D.C. in flight simulation, built using the latest photogrammetry technology.

Further to this release, there will be various celebrations happening across the 4th July weekend including fly-in events and in-sim fireworks that will light up the US skies in cities across the country.
City Update 9: Northeastern United States is now available to download for free via the in-sim Marketplace for PC and Xbox.
