It’s been a busy week at Parallel 42. Following updates to Flow, the developer released the hotly anticipated ChasePlane camera tool for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, just in time for the holidays.
The developer refers to the MSFS 2024 release of ChasePlane as Experimental because the product is stable enough to be shared publicly while still leaving some room for refinement. The core experience is solid, fully usable, and ready for everyday flying.
ChasePlane is a camera tool that reworks how pilots see the sim. It lets pilots quickly create and save custom views, map additional view controls, experience new camera modes, and tweak physics driven camera features. Since the functionality goes beyond what can be offered on a console, ChasePlane is available only for PC.
MSFS 2020 ChasePlane owners are eligible to receive the product for free for the next 6 months (19 December 2025-19 June 2026).
For new customers, ChasePlane for MSFS 2024 is available exclusively via the Parallel 42 store for USD 30.00 / EUR 31,95 (incl. VAT) / GBP 28.00 (taxes included). Click here to view the product page on the Parallel 42 store.
The purchase price includes Cloud Backups and Community. The pricing for ChasePlane will increase after the product moves beyond the Experimental stage.
