Carenado has released its B55 Baron for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The six-seat, twin-engine general aviation aircraft is the latest addon from Carenado.
The package includes eight liveries plus a blank white texture for livery creators. Carenado has incorporated a number of different panel configurations, accessible via an Electronic Flight Bag. Pilots can choose between a traditional analogue layout with steam gauges or an Aspen Avionics EFD1000 PFD. The aircraft also features Garmin GNS 530 and 430 units by default, with compatibility for GTN 750 solutions from PMS50 and TDS.
According to Carenado, the aircraft is “MSFS2024 Career ready,” supporting the new Ferry Flight and Charter Service features. The feature list also mentions operative panel circuit breakers, a Bendix King KFC 225 autopilot, and a Bendix King IN-182A weather radar. The aircraft also includes Carenado’s “RealXperience” features, which are said to model effects such as panel shaking.
The Carenado B55 Baron for MSFS 2024 is available now exclusively to the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace.
