Burning Blue Design Releases Solent Airport for MSFS

Solent Airport by Burning Blue Design is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Scenery developer, Burning Blue Design has released Solent Airport (EGHF) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Solent Airport is a small airport located 4 miles west of Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK. Opening in 1917, Solent was originally built as a Naval seaplane training school with training continuing through both World Wars and the airport being commissioned HMS Daedalus in 1939. After World War 2 the airport was used for military hovercraft trials and Royal Air Force training. Military presence at the airport ended in 1996 renaming to Solent Airport Daedalus in 2016. Today, Solent is a busy civilian airfield, home to local flight school Phoenix Aviation, HM Coastguard and the accredited Spitfire Academy, Spitfires.com.
