After the recent V0.85 update A LOT of you headed over to the BlackBox Simulation Facebook page to get technical support with certain aspects of the product, but unfortunately it appeared Facebook wasn’t an effective way of handling so Blackbox have made a Customer Support Centre.
It takes the layout of a forum where questions can be answered, or problems can be solved. BBS have learned that Facebook and 8,000 + needing technical support isn’t the most effective way of helping people, so this ‘Support Centre’ will be an effective way of helping people, so Kudos to them!
This will be a great way of handling questions about the A330/40 BBS package as it provides solutions and answers to FAQ’s in one place. It also means that problems are solved much faster additionally it stops people asking the same question over and over again.
