In a post on the x-plane.org forums, developer ASDG has teased an upcoming 11.30 update for the Super Cub.
Calling it a ‘big update’, the developer confirms that usability issues with the plane will be addressed and that a new set of avionics will fix many of the current auto pilot bugs. Also included in the avionics update is a transponder that will mirror features of its real-life counterpart and an upgraded radio stack.
The post goes on to confirm the addition of librain, and flexible tundras for those pilots flying into rough country.
At the end of the post, the developer notes that depending on the direction Laminar goes with future updates to their product, this 11.30 update could be the last for the plane.
While there was no release date given for the update, the developer confirms that it will be coming ‘in the following months’.
