AI Live Traffic is a tool for the community, which injects AI traffic from real-world data directly into the simulator. The service takes data, populates a schedule and then puts that data for you to visually see during your virtual flight. The team continue to update the product, with the release of version 1.1.
The new version includes additional features such as AI Traffic during the cruise for when you’re flying en-route to airports in North and Central America, as well as Europe. New areas will continue to be added in the coming weeks. Furthermore, AI aircraft braking and roll out has been improved to make it more realistic based on distance required and speed of the aircraft. This also means fewer go-arounds and a more realistic taxi for the AI.
Other changes to version 1.1 of AI Live Traffic is the addition of some new airports (OTHH, VTBS, SEQM, SPJC) as they were missing from the default flight simulator included airport list. Finally, a range of bugs has been fixed including wrong ETE on some flight plans, and multiple app freezes.
The installer can be downloaded from the download section of their website. You can try out a trial of AI Live Traffic and get 5 free flights. If you previously used up your 5 flight trial, they have been reset with this new update.
If you would like to buy it, the service costs $3.50 per month.
