Aerosoft Releases Mt. Everest Airports Vol. 3 for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Aerosoft has released Mt. Everest Airports Vol. 3 for MSFS, expanding its Himalayan scenery series with detailed terrain, airstrips, and helipads between Namche Bazaar and Everest Base Camp.

Aerosoft has released Mt. Everest Airports Vol. 3 – Namche Bazaar to Basecamp for Microsoft Flight Simulator, expanding its Mount Everest scenery series with additional locations across Nepal’s Khumbu region.

The scenery focuses on the area between Namche Bazaar and Everest Base Camp, featuring a detailed recreation of the Syangboche airstrip alongside extensive terrain enhancements. Aerosoft has placed particular emphasis on elevation accuracy and terrain modelling, with upgraded representations of the Khumbu Glacier, Icefall, surrounding valleys, and an improved Mount Everest summit.

In addition to the airstrip, the package includes numerous helipads distributed throughout the region, along with custom villages, suspension bridges, and environmental details designed to support low-level and helicopter operations. A living world layer adds animated elements to help populate the otherwise remote landscape.

Mt. Everest Airports Vol. 3 – Namche Bazaar to Basecamp continues Aerosoft’s focus on challenging terrain and specialist flying environmets, further expanding the series for pilots interested in mountain operations and helicopter flying within Microsoft Flight Simulator.
