Following recent previews of their Mitsubishi CRJ product line, Aerosoft forum administrator Mathijs Kok has taken their forums again, this time announcing and showing off development progress of their Denpasar Ngurah Rai scenery, set to be published for MSFS.
The island of Bali is the westernmost member of the Lesser Sunda Islands, the majority of which forms part of Indonesia. The island group is mainly known for its beautiful beaches, significant cultural heritage, and astounding biodiversity.
The island group’s main gateway comes in the form of Ngurah Rai International Airport, located close to Denpasar, Bali’s central city. The airport serves about 15 to 25 Mio. passengers each year and is named after I Gusti Ngurah Rai, a local Balinese hero who died during the Indonesian war of independence. Many leading international carriers serve the airport, including LOT Polish Airlines, KLM, Qantas Airways, and Singapore Airlines, to name but just a few.
Taking to the Aerosoft forums, Mathijs Kok has provided community members with first previews of Aerosoft’s rendition of this island gateway for MSFS. Although staying silent regarding potential features or expected pricing upon release, Mathijs indicated that the product is scheduled for release some time next year. Looking at the shared screenshots, it certainly seems as though this product will once again live up to previously set Aerosoft quality standards.
