Just Flight is still developing their Otter and they have just released some preview screenshots of it from different sims. There are four variations in total: wheels, skis, amphibian and plain floats. As the screenshots shows each variation comes with its own accessories like snowmobiles, jetskis and dirt bikes.
Working hydraulic pumps for flaps and skis deployment and retractable gear in the amphibian floats. You can even choose if you prefer a male or female pilot in the cockpit.
