Aeroplane Heaven has been evaluating the market as of late and today announced that they’re intending on supporting the X-Plane market. As they’re impressed with what X-Plane 11 can achieve, they have decided to try their hand at converting some of their aircraft to the platform. The aircraft: their Globe Swift.
Despite the process being slow, the team are building up their knowledge of the process to bring their aircraft over from the ESP platform to X-Plane. The team are making progress on learning new things such as the SASL/lua, Fmod sound engine and making sure their plane flies right within the simulator.
To accompany the announcement, the team released a few test shots of the plane in action.
They’re working hard on bringing it to the community sooner than later, with a small private test soon to take place. Once we hear more, we’ll let you know. In the mean time, you can see what their P3DV4 version is all about via their product page.
