Aeroplane Heaven has announced on their Facebook page what their newest aircraft will be after having teased it earlier that day. Now presenting, the Aeroplane Heaven Heinkel HE111!
The Heinkel HE111 was a German fast medium bomber and was the most numerous bomber in the Luftwaffe arsenal. It proved to be a resilient workhorse, capable of sustaining heavy damage and still remaining airborne. Manufacturing ceased in 1944 when piston engine bomber production was put on hold in favor of new fighter aircraft.
The Aeroplane Heaven Heinkel HE111 will be the P2 variant, for now, and is already in the final stages of beta testing with a release slated for late July/early August. The aircraft sure does look amazing and we expect to see more of it in the coming weeks leading up to release!
