A2A Simulations has announced that they will be putting the Accu-Sim Aerostar out into the public this July, but under the early release banner.
The team said on Facebook that “Development has taken longer than expected” for multiple reasons. This included business demands, but also some personal challenges. Ultimately, though, the team said that they have built an aircraft which they are “incredibly proud of.”
Most systems and features are complete already, with the late beta stage being the ‘early access’ for users. There are a few things to be refined and polished, but A2A Simulations didn’t specify what exaclty at this time.
As for why an early access release, A2A Simulations said that it gives the “community the opportunity to experience the aircraft now and join us for the final stretch of development.” A2A Simulations promises a roadmap to follow shortly after release.
No specific date was mentioned, but we will keep our eyes peeled for it.
